These Terms govern your access to, usage of all content, Product and Services available at the Open Range Transport, LLC website (the "Service") operated by Open Range Transport, LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Freight Dispatch and Transport Support Services

Our freight dispatch and transport support services, including timelines, deliverables, and payment terms, will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). These Terms are incorporated by reference into any such agreement. We do not guarantee specific load volume, rates, or market conditions, as these may depend on external factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

The Agreement does not transfer from Us to you any of Ours or third party intellectual property, and all right, title, and interest in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with Open Range Transport, LLC and its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, proprietary dispatch workflows, communication systems, and operational processes developed in the course of providing our services.

Payment Terms & Timelines

Unless otherwise stated in a specific SOW, recurring support fees are due in advance of the service period. Project-based fees are typically structured with a 50% deposit. Failure to maintain active payment status may result in paused work, restricted access to deliverables, or suspension of service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Specific terms regarding the termination terms for service contracts (e.g., 30-day notice periods) will be detailed in your Service Agreement.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "AS IS." Open Range Transport, LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied. Neither Open Range Transport, LLC, nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.
